A Bit of Background

Golden Retrievers have been a big part of our lives for well over 30 years.  Our beautiful dogs are part of the family and enjoy lots of outdoor space on several acres to run and play in natural surroundings. We are located in the south east of Melbourne and in this great environment our dogs grow up happy, relaxed and outgoing.

Their friendly gentle natures are a testament to their pedigree lines and lifestyle. When we breed the dogs, it is to bring out the best quality Golden Retriever attributes, always striving for dogs with gentle even temperaments, high intelligence and good health. In particular we also try to make sure the dogs are athletic and retain their natural instinct for retrieving and obedience.

The ancestry of our line includes some dogs that have excelled in Agility and Obedience work, as well as past Show Champions. All of our dogs have extensive health checks, and are tested before breeding to insure low hip and elbow scores, clear eye and heart certificates and full profile DNA testing. We are ANKC (Dogs Victoria) registered breeders and adhere to best practice and the highest standards in the breeding and raising of puppies.

When we do have puppies, they go to their new homes well socialised and loved, and  also vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and registered with Dogs Victoria and have their pedigree paperwork.
